The Gaythorne RSL Welfare Section is located at the Sub-Branch at 534 Samford Road Mitchelton (Enter via Tel-El-Kebir Street). The Welfare Section is open during business hours Monday to Friday (phone 3355 4655).

They shall grow not old as we that are left grow old. Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will remember them. Lest we forget.

Vietnam Veterans’ Day – 18 August 2011

The Vietnam Veterans’ Day commemoration will be held in Sid Loder Park (opposite the RSL) at 5.15 P.M. on 18 August 2011.

ANZAC Day 2011

The 2011 ANZAC Day ceremony will be held in Sid Loder Park opposite the Gaythorne RSL Sub-Branch. The form-up for the march is 6.15 A.M. The march commences at 6.30 A.M. The service will commence immediately after the march.
